PramClean Co. Terms and Conditions
1. General Overview These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by PramClean Co. ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our cleaning services, you ("the customer") agree to be bound by the following terms.
2. Services Provided PramClean Co. offers cleaning services for baby and children’s items, including but not limited to prams, strollers, car seats, highchairs, playpens, cot mattresses, and other related items. Our services include Basic, Intensive, and Ultimate cleaning options.
3. Pricing and Payment
•Prices for our services are listed on our website or social media platforms and promotional materials and may be subject to change.
•Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
•Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
•We reserve the right to refuse service if payment is not provided.
4. Pick-Up and Delivery
•PramClean Co. offers a pick-up and delivery service at a specified fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking.•It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items are ready for collection at the agreed-upon time.
•Delays in pick-up or delivery due to customer unavailability may result in additional fees.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
•Cancellations or rescheduling of services must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
•Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the service price.
•PramClean Co. reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, staff illness, or other events beyond our control.
6. Customer Responsibilities
•Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the condition of items to be cleaned.
•Any pre-existing damages to items (such as rips, tears, or mechanical issues) must be disclosed before service. Failure to disclose such issues may result in limited liability for PramClean Co.
•We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to items caused by undisclosed pre-existing conditions or structural weaknesses.
7. Liability for Damage or Loss
•PramClean Co. takes the utmost care in handling your items, but we are not liable for any damage that occurs due to age, fragility, or pre-existing conditions.
•Our liability for any loss or damage to items during the cleaning process will be limited to the cost of the cleaning service itself.
•If an item is lost or damaged due to negligence on our part, we will, at our discretion, either replace the item with an equivalent or reimburse the customer for its fair market value.
8. Health and Safety
•PramClean Co. uses non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products. However, we recommend that customers inform us of any specific allergies or sensitivities their children may have.
•Customers are responsible for inspecting items upon return to ensure that they meet their standards of cleanliness and safety.
9. Guarantees
•PramClean Co. guarantees the quality of our cleaning services. If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will re-clean the item free of charge.
•This guarantee applies only to issues related to cleaning and excludes wear and tear, damage, or other conditions not related to the cleaning process.
10. Refunds and Complaints
•Refunds will be offered at PramClean Co.'s discretion, depending on the nature of the complaint and the condition of the item.
•To lodge a complaint, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your cleaned items. We will investigate the issue and aim to resolve it promptly.
11. Privacy Policy
•We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020. Any personal data provided (including names, addresses, and payment details) will only be used to facilitate the provision of services.
•Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
12. Governing Law
•These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
